Cellular preferred usually exhibits this behavior, not WiFi, unless the WiFi signal is occasionally poor enough to warrant dropping it. I am also having this problem. I have called several times and tech support has not provided a solution. I use wifi calling on my other device and it works fine so it's not a wifi strength issue. They also ruled out it being a device issue. This is a new line/device. I do not have T-mobile service where I live so I rely 100% on wifi calling.
